Intelligent Caring provides full-time and part-time staff to work in the areas of childcare and care for the elderly. We offer a range of services that include after-school and holiday care for young children, companionship for the elderly in the home and home support for people with additional needs.
Intelligent Caring focuses on providing a special type of care and we only recruit staff with a strong understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence in the caring role.
We look for staff with a broad range of talents and interests that will complement the character and values of the people they work for. Staff working for clients with a specialist need will have essential qualifications and relevant experience but we also place a high value on transferable skills gained from other roles.
All Intelligent Caring staff have enhanced clearance through the Criminal Record Bureau and possess a full First Aid qualification. Each carer also has two or more up-to-date references from individuals working in key professions.
We are committed to providing staff who can offer a person-centred service that will meet the individual needs and interests of clients of all ages. Whether you need someone for two hours or twenty hours a week, we are confident that we can match you and your family with the right person.
